Free ground shipping on all orders over $20! All Solar Covers come with free ground shipping. This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Sale.

Fed Ex Home Delivery

For Packages shipped via FedEx, SolarCovers.com cannot change shipping addresses, schedule a delivery time, give delivery instructions, or hold for a different delivery date. FedEx will generally leave your package at your doorstep without a signature. FedEx offers all of these as a service to you and more information about them can be found at FedEx.com

Freight Delivery

Where the items exceed FedEx size and weight limitations, we will ship through a common carrier. For common carrier deliveries, only curbside delivery service is provided and a signature is required. For an extra charge, in-house deliveries and special lift gate delivery service may be available.

Express Delivery

If you need your package shipped faster we do offer Express options (the free shipping promotion does not apply to Express services). Please call our Customer Service Department for Express Shipping: 1-800-845-5500.

Stipulations

Shipping Timeframes

Most packages are shipped from our Buffalo, NY warehouse within 24 hours of placing your order. However, the actual delivery time depends on a variety of factors. We cannot guarantee an exact date of delivery. Most orders in the continental United States will arrive within 2-5 business days.

You will receive tracking information via email after your package(s) have shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude all holidays.

Back Orders

Despite our best efforts, items are sometimes out of stock. Items in stock will be shipped immediately; back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available. If you cannot wait for a back-ordered item, call our Customer Service Department to determine if a product substitute or other option is available.

Refused packages or packages that fail to deliver will not be re-shipped at SolarCovers.com's expense. Customers must contact SolarCovers.com to be advised of additional shipping charges.
